“As we host 100+ events a year at Work-Bench, I know how much goes on behind such a well-produced event, end to end—organized comms, beautiful venue, and most important of all—high-quality founders, companies, really thoughtful content and speakers who spoke openly and honestly about what it means to start and scale a company. I even met one of our Work-Bench founders sitting next to her at this event. Cannot recommend this Summit enough!”

SPEAKER
Ryan Urban | Wunderind
Ryan Urban is a serial entrepreneur best known as the founder and CEO of Wunderkind (formerly BounceX), and most recently as the founder of Queen One, a next-generation commerce technology company.
Ryan launched BounceX in 2012 out of his studio apartment, driven by a lifelong obsession with e-commerce performance and brand experience. He's been immersed in the digital commerce world since 1998, and before founding the company, held senior roles including Director of Acquisition at menswear brand Bonobos and at Brickhouse Security. He studied at the Wharton School and the University of Virginia. His entrepreneurial instincts emerged early — by age 17, Ryan was reportedly the largest secondary market Beanie Baby seller in the country, running a small team out of his home.
Under his leadership, BounceX rebranded to Wunderkind and grew into one of the Inc. 5000's fastest-growing software companies, helping brands like HelloFresh, Samsonite, and Tribune Interactive identify and re-engage anonymous website visitors without relying on third-party cookies. Ryan was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2015 and has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 CEO.
His latest venture, Queen One, blends creativity, commerce, and technology with a mission to bring every product's story to life online. The company is establishing its headquarters in Brooklyn and is projected to create 600 high-tech jobs, backed by over $10 million in capital investment.
“I learned a ton about the VC fundraising process, and met incredibly talented founders and investors. ”
“One of the best formats I’ve been to!”
