“As we host 100+ events a year at Work-Bench, I know how much goes on behind such a well-produced event, end to end—organized comms, beautiful venue, and most important of all—high-quality founders, companies, really thoughtful content and speakers who spoke openly and honestly about what it means to start and scale a company. I even met one of our Work-Bench founders sitting next to her at this event. Cannot recommend this Summit enough!”

SPEAKER
Ryan Urban | Queen one
Ryan Urban is the Founder and CEO of Queen One, a brand technology company bringing performance and presence to commerce.
He previously founded and led Wunderkind (formerly BounceX), building it from his studio apartment into a profitable $200M+ ARR global software company powering personalized communications for brands including Samsung, Gucci, Dior, and Uniqlo. Wunderkind became one of New York’s flagship technology companies and the anchor tenant at One World Trade Center. Under Ryan’s leadership, he and his companies earned more than 50 industry awards, including Crain’s 40 Under 40 and over 10 Best Places to Work honors.
Today, Ryan is building Queen One as the infrastructure for modern commerce — bringing life, energy, and revenue to brand websites and communication programs. From its 30,000-square-foot Vision Centre headquarters in Brooklyn, the company is backed by more than $10 million in capital investment and a $6 million grant from the State of New York, with plans to create over 600 high-tech jobs.
A fourth-generation New Yorker and serial entrepreneur, Ryan has founded or led multiple eight-figure commerce companies over the past two decades.
“I learned a ton about the VC fundraising process, and met incredibly talented founders and investors. ”
“One of the best formats I’ve been to!”
